I Dr. Punitha Josephine. S is working at Kasturba Gandhi Nursing College as Principal since 14.11.2022. She completed her M.Sc (N) Medical Surgical Nursing in March 2003 and Ph.D Nursing in Jan 2016 with total of 22 years of academic experience. She is a recipient of Gold medal for highest aggregate marks in Final B.Sc (N) in 1998 from Rani Meyyammai Colege of Nursing, Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Best Teacher award from Aram Seiya Virumbu Trust, Madurai in 2022 and outstanding Teacher award from Research India Foundation in 2022. She has received best paper award and best poster awards in conferences. She was a resource person for conferences and workshops at state and international level. She has pubished research papers in Journals indexed in Scopus, Pubmed and web of science, she is a contributory author of 3 text books.

Recognized Ph.D guide under the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai and National consortium for Ph.D (N) by Indian Nursing Council. Currently serving as Contributory editor for Medical Surgical Nursing Journal of Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council and General Secretary Research India Foundation, Odisha.

She is progressing in her career as dynamic leader and visionary with a view to develop the students as holistic responsible citizens who can Later to the needs of the rapidly growing society and ever changing health care arena.

I, Mrs. Kripa Angeline. A a motivating & talented professor driven to inspire students to pursue academic and personal excellence and my alma mater is KMCH College of Nursing with Medical Surgical Nursing speciality. Now currently on deputation as nursing superintendent of MGMGRI. My journey started in 2005 as lecture and upgraded as professor in department of medical surgical nursing with 17 years of experience. The rich experience in our esteemed university has shaped me up to take up challenging roles and responsibilities in the institution as IQAC coordinator, KGNC unit, editorial board member of university newsletters and Pondicherry journal of nursing and other international and national journal. And member of BOS,BOE and various internal committees

Has great zeal and enthusiasm in undertaking research projects, copyrights, authorship of books and participated and presented research articles and resources speaker  in various national and international conferences, workshops, seminars and CNEs etc.

The clinical facilities of MGMCRI has been a key source to update my knowledge in health care services and to act with integrity for rendering quality patient care through ward supervision, clinical teaching and supervision of UG & PG nursing students,patient education

Currently demonstrates strong leadership qualities as nursing superintendent with the ability to conduct patient assessment, supervision of care and also framing of policies and guideline for quality nursing care

I’m Dhivya N Completed my UG (B.Sc Nursing). At Sri Manakula Vinayagar Nursing College, Madagadipet, Puducherry (2014). And my PG (M.Sc Nursing) At Indirani College of Nursing, Ariyur, Puducherry (2017).

 I have joined here at KGNC, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth by last January 2021. And previously worked as a Lecturer at Indirani College of Nursing, Puducherry for 2.3 Years. And before worked as a Staff Nurse at Sri Balaji Hospital, Chennai for a year respectively.
